To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Porsche’s 911 Turbo, Salon Prive brought together 50 911 Turbos dating back from the 1970s all the way up to present day.
Now, I’m going to be honest, I love the 911, but I’m not an aficionado of them. I know a bit about the 996 generation as I think they offer fantastic value for money, even though prices are beginning to creep up. So this post will probably be more of a photo gallery of the day rather than an in depth guide to the cars as I don’t want to get things wrong. A lot of people are much more into 911s than I am and I don’t want to make myself look a fool.
If you want a more detailed post about Salon Prive then please check out my two previous posts:

We shall start with my favourite generation – the 996.

The more modern 997, 991 and 992.
The older generations of 911.
The final car I want to leave you with was a pleasant suprise to see!
This is an RWB or Rauh Welt Begriff car. RWB are a tuning house in Japan, run by Akira Nakai, who hand build these crazy wide bodied Porsches.
They have a cult following all around the world and we now have an authorised builder here in the U.K! (https://rwbuk.com/)
I think the only other one I’ve seen in person is Brian Scotto’s at SEMA a couple of years back.
