London Concours 2025: Extras

Finally we come to the end of my London Concours coverage.

The London Concours is one of my favourite shows of the year – it’s in a fantastic location, not overly crowded and every car and every class has a story to tell. It’s genuinely a pleasure to cover this annual event.

I’ve written an article about each of the classes which you can check out here:

Restoration Showcase. This wasn’t a Concours class, but a platform for some of the brilliant individuals and companies who make up the U.K’s classic car scene to show off their talents. – motorsportformentalhealth.com/2025/06/25/london-concours-2025-restoration-showcase

Today I just wanted to highlight some of the cars that deserved a mention, but didn’t really fit into any of my other articles.

Alpine have always had a presence at this event. It was actually at a London Concours a few years ago that I first saw the A110 and fell in love with them.

They also had their new hot hatch – the A290 – which is based on the new Renault 5.

I’m very excited to hopefully start seeing more of the Renault 5 and A290 out on the road. Both are cool looking little cars and I bet they’re tremendous fun to drive, especially the A290.

At the time it looked like quite a big car compare to the original. I just had a look at the Wikipedia stats for both and whilst the new is certainly bigger than the original, it’s not by as much as I thought.

Furlonger Specialist Cars are a dealership in Ashford that specialise in exotic cars. They also have a workshop offering servicing and restoration services too.

They had put together an excellent stand which had crowds of people around it all day.

The obvious draw was this Veyron, which is currently undergoing what looks to be a fairly intensive restoration.

It’s a very unique opportunity to see a car like this stripped down.

They also had a complete Veyron.

This is currently on their website for £1,649,990. I had a look in my change jar and I can’t quite afford it. One of you guys might have that sort of money burning a hole in your pocket though, if you do please let me come for a ride!

Furlonger also work in historic Formula 1 – from sales to maintenance and preperation to trackside assistance.

Apollo Capital (who sponsored by Hypercar Class) also had a Veyron on display.

EMM London, who offer a concierge service for high value individuals looking to buy collectible cars as an investment, along with storage and transportation solutions, were showing off this Valkyrie.

I adore the Valkyrie. I’ve been fortunate enough to see a couple at static shows, and one running, but I’d love to see one on track one day.

Finally Tom Hartley had this gorgeously specified Huayra. It’s pretty much in the blog’s colours which means I need it.

At the time of writing the car is still available on their website, but it’s £POA which normally means that I definitely can’t afford it haha!

Thanks for reading, and thanks for sticking with me through this Concours coverage. I know it has been a lot of articles, but to try and cover this show in one would simply be a disservice to the cars on display. It’s always so high quality here.
